Keeping up with the world of electronics and computers can be a challenge to say the least. It can seem daunting and fustrating - so many new programs and new operating systems. At times you may wonder why you even have a computer at all.
A lot of people today don't have time to keep up on all the know how of new computer programs. To be honest, very few people could ever be up-to-date on every program out there. Instead, you need someone that takes the time to further their education, learn the new advancments and troubleshooting that goes along with progress, and doesn't charge you the price of your first born child to help you.
That's where we come in.
Both of us have been working on with computers since they first came out with the home models. It has been stunning, to say the least, to witness all the changes and adaptations to this technology. Even the internet is unrecognizable when one compares the early 1990's form with what is available today. Many people become impatient when waiting a few extra seconds for a web page to load - try waiting a few minutes for anything to load while listening to your modem talk!
Neither one of us wants our clients to feel fustration when working with this wonderous technology. We strive to teach our clients tips and stragies for troubleshooting on their own - so that they can feel more empowered and in control. We want our clients to be as informed about their products as they want to be, and we stay as up-to-date as possible ourselves through continuing education.
